Чёто они там разосрались. Kh & sp забили на проект opl и на popstarter.
Теперь, как они говорят, разработку opl ведут только засранцы с ps2home..
И что типа opl с ps2home это забаганная, рукожопая, версия.

** You only need to place a single POPSTARTER.ELF inside your main POPS folder (via USB, SMB, or Internal HDD).

* the ELF Loader Menu page was now changed to PS1 Games.
