I've coded a quick and dirty DOS apps for your CONFIG.TXT encryption/decryption needs :
DEMODISC.ZIP

Just drag and drop a CONFIG.TXT file to DEMODISC.BAT, or use the terminal.

Command :

DEMODISC.EXE ALGONBR INPUT.TXT OUTPUT.TXT

Example :

DEMODISC.EXE 2 E:SCEE_DDCONFIG.TXT C:DEC_CONFIG.TXT
