"ToolKit" is INCOMPATIBLE with emulators because of the menu. I remember that pSX v1.13 gave better results than other emulators, but failed to run most Datel products (Action Replay/GameShark/Equalizer). This is for use on a real PlayStation.
Burn it only if you want to loose a CDR for a
full of bugs thing. I don't remember how and if it works, but one sure thing is that the compilation might be extremely bugged.
