For those who didn't know yet, POPStarter Revision 11 was released

.
POPStarter is a "container" which automates the PS2 POPS setup and boots the emulator.
It comes with CUE2POPS, a tool which converts BIN/CUE to a POPS virtual CDROM image including a VALID TOC/header (CD-DA tracks are supported).

It has been reported that POPStarter can be installed with AKuHAK's enhanced hdl_dump

.
Forget about POPS-00001 and hexadecimal editors

.
Sorry for not posting news on PSXplanet for a while. Insane things happened these last 3 months.
I'd like to thank conan14 for enlightening us and for sharing his launcher. Without him, the PS2 POPS would still be restricted to binary execution within the BIOS.
Also, thanks to everyone who helped me and supported the POPStarter/CUE2POPS development.
EDIT : Bugs...
A odd and weird bug occurs when running POPStarter in a SCPH-5000# unit. The user must press the power button or insert a PlayStation 2 disc to boot POPS.
CUE2POPS still writes incorrect index locations when their MSF is MM:58:FF or MM:59:FF.
Above bugs are currently discussed in the release thread at ASSEMblergames...
