Well unfortunately it is not possible to include translated files in the installation CD, because files of the partitions are crypted and probably compressed too.
The only way to "automate" the translation is to develop an additional program which copies the translated files to the HDD. Not in my competence.
The problem with the use of dumps is the impossibility to run applications. But now I have access to PSBBN partitions, I could do tons of investigations and tests
