Here is the MemCard installer of the dumper :
PAL Installer (PAL_INSTDUMP.ELF)
It installs the dumper in your PS2 Memory Card just like FMCB does. WARNING :
the installer will delete any previously installed FMCB.
303 KB of free space are required.
1) Insert the Memory Card you want to hack in Slot 1 of your modded console and execute
PAL_INSTDUMP.ELF.
2) You should see this :
3) Insert the hacked Memory Card in your non-modded PS2, plug a USB drive and turn the console on.
The dumper should appear.
To delete the dumper from your Memory Card, delete the 3 "MyDumper" saves (MyDumperNTSCJ, MyDumperNTSCUC, MyDumperPAL) with the PS2 browser. These saves look like this :
