Based on Nascar Racing 2.
Pros:
.Ability to select between 3 series: Winston Cup, Grand National and Craftsman Truck Series.
.Comes with 3Dfx support.
.Works in Windows XP.
Cons:
.No Chevrolet, Ford, Pontiac & Dodge distinction, just Chassis 1, Chassis 2 & Chassis 3. Probably because of licensing problems with EA Sports' NASCAR series.
.Reduced choice of Paint Shop stickers.
.Why it is called "1999 Edition" if it features 1998 drivers and circuits??
