Perhaps you use multiple codes at the same time. Try to codes separately to find out what code creates graphic artifacts. I had similar problems when using a device like GameShark.

And .. add screenshots of a smaller size, or hide them under the spoiler.

I have firstly got this problem by using gameshark but I'll get the same problem when I don't use it

But you did say that you're using PEC? Try playing without it and compare. Reinstall ePSXe if necessary. If nothing works, try the official ePSXe forum.

I removed PEC and reinstalled ePSXe but there's still the problem :(

Ok I solved it by removing GTE HACKS > Widescreen
