[PCSX2] OpenGL doesn't work
 

My Graphics Card is physically broken, it is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M, so I use the CPU-Integrated Intel HD Graphic.
I'm using Direct3D11 (Hardware) as video plugin to emulate PCSX2, as I have seen on YouTube the best driver is OpenGL (that corresponds to GPU) because it doesn't lag and has high-resolution.

How can I make this better considering what I have?

Is it a notebook or desktop? If it's a desktop, what's your CPU model?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX850M is definitly broken, when I try to use OpenGL (software) or (hardware), the game crashes; instead I use Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 in ePSXe and it works fine (is this the best video plugin for ePSXe?).

Yeah, I got that. So try following the videos I posted, they're for PCSX2 and Intel HD. They're supposed to help you get as much as possible out of your integrated graphics.

Ok I downloaded 1.0.0v, looks good I'm using Direct3D11 (Hardware), but might it be better with NVIDIA GPU and last version right?
How do you set english language in the games?

Сначала нужно выбрать Euro-BIOS в эмуляторе, запустить в эмуляторе только BIOS без диска, и установить в нём нужный язык. Игры придётся запускать "полным запуском", а не "быстрым запуском". Это позволяет получить требуемый язык в игре при запуске.

OpenGL is the best video plugin but as I said my GPU Nvidia is broken so which is the best way to replace it with? Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 in ePSXe and it works fine.

I have tried everything out and I found that OpenGL is the best because in some games like Crash of the Titans there's a shadow around it and it can be removed using OpenGL only :(

But you just said that your Nvidia GPU is dead, right? So that's out of the question. Follow the video guides and do what they say and you'll have the best possible setup with your GPU (Intel HD). If that's not enough then you'll still have to settle with it. At least, until you get yourself a better GPU.
As for Pete's OpenGL, no you can't use that on PCSX2, unfortunately.

Shamalama told you how to switch language:
1 set the european bios as the default bios
2 boot up bios only, set language in bios/ps2 options
3 when loading an iso choose "full boot"
