Thanks to both MCC and Rashan for both versions of the demo, but the one uploaded by Rashan turned out to be SLUS-90094 which doesn't have the missile in the future place of the secret car as seen in

After finding and downloading two files that claim to be both versions of the Driver 2 demo in https://archive.org/download/PlaySta...meplay_Riku911, then finding out that both are actually the same file with the ID SLUS-90093 and without the missile shown in that Youtube video, now I guess the demo with the missile in the then-future place of the secret car may be the SLUS-90094 (which means that the Driver 2 demo rom found in coolrom is the 90093 one), which cannot be currently found anywhere to download.
