Что-то нигде в интернете не нашёл как эту поддержку pops задействовать, куда что кидать и как пользоваться.

Нужно создать conf_pops.cfg и вписать в него название игры и путь к ней, скопировать conf_pops.cfg в папку OPL на карте памяти, в настройках включить список. Пример.

Неудобно, учитывая что conf_pops.cfg нужно копировать на карту памяти, но пока ничего другого не придумали.

Друзья, прошу помощи. Давно не включал ПС2, но вот тут как раз довелось. Решил проверить загрузку приложений, игр с флешки и прочее. На карте установлен free mcboot и запускается без проблем, там же браузер и конфигуратор.

А вот когда подключаю флешку, при включении консоль виснет на картинке "free mcboot". я просто уже всё облазил - папки все созданы, пути к приложения прописаны, дефрагментация сделана. Не понимаю в чём проблема.2 года назад при этом всё работало на ура, а теперь... кстати флешка FAT32, всё как положено. Правда винамп как-то свои файлы туда залил. я их удалил, тем не менее не помогло. Ну и флешка конечно рабочая, на компе проверил

Кто знает в чём причина???

Попробуй отформатировать флэшку, или переустановить FCMB.

DruchaPucha, всё, я понял. корень проблемы в чём-то ином, т.к. даже когда я АБСОЛЮТНО пустую флешку подключаю, консоль виснет при загрузке. Что это может означать?

И вобщем-то, мужик, я до конца разобрался в чём дело. ФЛЭШКА ТУПИТ! Попробовал те же данные скинуть на старый плеер - он как раз ФАТ32. и всё замечательно работает) так что спасибо за отзывчивость. буду думать как её реанимировать. или жёсткий новый возьму, как цена на них уменьшится

ну или так. А не подскажешь, если ли тема по запуску с жёсткого на форуме? или если нет, поделись пожалуйста информацией что за переходник, какой жёсткий требуется и т.д.

и кстати какие там ограничения по памяти для флешки и для жёсткого?

Насчёт PS2 Fat+NA+HDD ничего не знаю.

С USB-HDD игры работают быстрее чем с флэшки. Через переходник (IDE или SATA) можно подключить любой HDD (2,5 или 3,5) к USB консоли.
У меня как-раз такой, использую два старых HDD-IDE (40/80гб) от ноутбука.

1ТБ в контейнере точно работает, могут быть проблемы с usb 3.0, но точно не уверен.

нет, у меня раньше был подключен веник 3.0, никаких проблем небыло.

Added support for OTF fonts.

Re-arranged compatibility modes to be more similar to the OPL-CL website, for the sake of our non-English users.

Fixed menu option arrangement in the options menu,

Removed the "show cheat engine" option.

MC icons are now written with the standard IO functions. The FileBuffer functions are for text/config files.

UTF-8 lang files with the BOM sequence are supported.

Attempted to fix aspect ratio adjustments for fonts, but the rest of the OPL UI doesn't scale with it. Hence it is disabled.

Converted the network configuration section titles into language strings.

Added support for fonts stored on the HDD unit (root of +OPL partition; hdd0:+OPL/) and USB device (root of device; mass0:/).

The countdown setting's on-screen size has been adjusted and is now hidden when the "remember last played" setting is disabled.
